Ask for PLUSBUS when you buy train tickets at any National Rail station ticket office.

If you've a rail season ticket bought from any of the Train Companies listed (below), you can now renew your rail and PLUSBUS season tickets online. You'll need your Photocard serial number to hand. Simply click on the Train Company name to go direct to the season ticket renewal page of their website:-  Chiltern Railways, First Capital Connect, First Great Western, GreatNorthernLondon Midland, Southern, ScotRail, Southeastern, Thameslink, or TransPennine Express 

How will I get my tickets?

During the online booking process you'll be asked how you want to obtain your train and PLUSBUS tickets. Here are the most popular options:-

  1. Collect from a self-service ticket vending machine at a station (for free). If you choose this option, and you want bus travel to start your journey, then you'll have to collect your tickets on a previous occasion.
  2. Collect from a station ticket office (for free).
  3. Delivered by post - please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
  4. Delivered by courier - next-day delivery is usually available (for a small additional fee).

To start your journey to the station by bus or tram, you must choose to obtain your tickets in advance of the day of travel (by post, courier, or collect from a station on a previous occasion).

You must show the actual PLUSBUS ticket to the bus driver or tram conductor to travel. We're sorry, an online booking confirmation will not be accepted for travel.
